Grilled Flank Steak – Surf and Turf
A delicious grilled flank steak cut into hearty strips on a bed of garlic parmesan risotto. The tender flank steak is topped with sautéed shrimp scampi in a lemon butter garlic sauce.
Boneless chicken that is stuffed with a Boirsin herbed cheese, cranberries, spinach, and fresh herbs. This savory dish is rolled in our own special bread crumb topping and finished with a drizzle of chipotle raspberry sauce.
Roasted Italian Blend Vegetable Risotto
A colorful blend of fresh vegetables tossed with sundried tomato, sweet peppers, zucchini and yellow squash, roasted red peppers, spinach, mushrooms and shallots. Seasoned with fresh chives, thyme, basil, and garlic, these wonderful flavors are served with our parmesan risotto.
