Appetizers

Grilled tandori chicken skewers, exotic flavors of roasted garlic, ginger, cumin,
cayenne pepper and lime juice, make this chicken a savory memory

Toasted pita  and naan bread served with roasted red pepper,
garlic hummus and mango chutney

Artichoke spinach & feta triangles, light and crunchy filo dough
holds all these yummy ingredients together with a touch of spice to make it complete

Grilled maple pork tenderloin, seasoned with fresh rosemary, cracked pepper, garlic rub
and our secret maple flavorings. Then grilled to perfection and sliced thin and topped
with roasted fuji apples and gorgonzola cheese

Classic shrimp cocktail skewers served with a red curry dipping sauce,
cocktail sauce and mango chutney

Stuffed mushrooms

Salad

Apricot salad made with romaine lettuce dried apricots, bacon, grape tomatoes,
purple cabbage, cucumbers, red onions. Dressed with cherry balsamic vinaigrette.
Topped with feta cheese and candied pecans.
